Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our car rental services. We aim to provide you with the best experience possible. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or modify your reservation. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Reservation Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel your car rental reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. In such cases, we will refund the full amount you paid during the booking process.

1.2. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you fail to inform us about the cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or if you do not show up for the rental, no refund will be provided.

  1. Modification Policy:

2.1. Reservation Modification by the Customer: If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing the pick-up/drop-off dates, car type, or any other rental details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Any changes made to the reservation may result in a change in the total rental cost.

  1. Rental Period Extension:

If you wish to extend the rental period beyond the initially agreed-upon return date, please inform us at least 24 hours before the original return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability. In such cases, the additional rental cost will be calculated based on the current rates at the time of the extension.

  1. Refunds for Unused Rental Days:

4.1. Early Return: If you return the rental vehicle before the originally agreed-upon return date, we regret to inform you that we will not provide any refunds for the unused rental days.

4.2. Vehicle Return Due to Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical issues with the rental vehicle that prevent you from continuing your journey, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to provide a replacement vehicle or resolve the issue promptly. Refunds for unused rental days due to technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Refund Processing:

5.1. Timeframe: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 3 from the date of your cancellation request or the end of your rental period.

5.2. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the booking process. If this is not feasible, we will discuss an alternative method with you.

  1. Force Majeure:

In situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations as necessary. In such cases, we will provide a full refund to affected customers.
